You should be a go-getter who can stay on top of multiple responsibilities ensuring timely completion with appropriate resource utilization.
As the keeper of the smaller tasks and moving parts within a project, you ensure the day-to-day progression of projects.
As crews are deployed simultaneously, task prioritization and multi-tasking are key.

Responsibilities:
Manage travel & accommodations logistics for employees, including flights Source and order materials & services for jobs and DHR mechanics Includes occasionally driving to pick up items & vehicles Includes researching and making recommendations for vendors Support equipment & vehicle management Managing & updating vehicle registration Support the physical and digital onboarding of new equipment and vehicles General administrative work (Bonus) Organizing equipment dispatch
Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish Ability to independently identify problems and develop appropriate business solutions and plans of action.
Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as a member of a team.
Proven ability to maintain confidential information in support of our employees.
Self-discipline in time management, organization and prioritization of tasks and projects; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in all work.
Tech-savvy, with strong typing skills High level of interpersonal communication skills with strong customer orientation.
Excellent grammar and written communication skills.
Demonstrates a sense of ownership in the work and commitment to the success of the project and the Company.
Team-player who works cooperatively with fellow employees and supervisors.
Education and
Experience:
A 2-year Associates of Applied Science degree in Office Administration or related field.
May substitute three years-experience and/or training for education or have the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bonus Skills:
Prior construction, engineering or landscape office experience Construction project administration experience Familiar with heavy construction equipment identification (not looking for operator) Monday.
