Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Courtesy Associate to join our team.
As a Courtesy Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude - Assist customers with locating products and answering their inquiries - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations - Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and customer service
Qualifications:
