This is a salaried role! Position-Related Job Duties and Key Responsibilities Direct, motivate, coach and develop staff Manage all product and raw water analysis Maintain all permitting and licensing requirements Maintain the Hazardous Materials program and associated training Provide Good Manufacturing Practices training and monitor compliance Develop and maintain product recall procedures and product hold procedures Manage the facility pest control program Develop plant sanitation programs Manage the quality assurance laboratory, supplies and personnel Manage the implementation/coordination of the HACCP plan Act as Quality System Champion to ensure plant compliance with The Coca-Cola Quality System Maintain Document and Recordkeeping Program in compliance with TCCQS Maintain Plant Corrective / Preventive Action Program in compliance with TCCQS Coordinate all required inter-company and regulatory reporting Provide information to corporate Incident Management Team as needed on product information and consumer awareness.
Monitor consumer complaint data.
Participate in miscellaneous projects on an as-needed basis Education and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Science or Related Discipline Preferred.
Minimum of 2 years Manufacturing/Laboratory experience Quality Control and Production experience Preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
Computer competencies Required (Excel, Word, Electronic Mail, Microsoft Office Suite).
